neighborhood collectives

Neighborhood collectives are the central expression of our life together at The Story, meeting on the 2nd and 4th Sunday of every month in homes around the city.

What is a neighborhood collective?

Picture the vibe of a large extended family but with more intentionality and hopefully a few less crazy uncles. You’ll find an eclectic mix of people—churched, unchurched, single, married, divorced, young families, retirees, rich, poor, conservative, liberal, different ethnicities—seeking to cultivate a rhythm of life together with Jesus at the center and a strong focus on loving their neighborhoods.

What might you experience in a neighborhood collective?

Meals.

Laughter.

Tears.

Rich conversations about life and faith and our world.

Tangible acts of service.

Prayer.

The goal for every neighborhood collective is simple:
Gather together regularly for a meal, cultivating a space for meaningful conversations about life, faith and loving our neighborhood in tangible ways.
